The Self-Worth Album
Purpose:
To help you improve your sense of self-worth by creating a collection of small, meaningful actions that challenge negative beliefs about yourself.
Instructions:
Each morning, take one negative thing you believe about yourself and commit to doing something that shows the opposite.
For example:
– If you believe “I’m lazy and unproductive,” commit to a short to-do list.
– If you believe “I’m stupid,” spend 20 minutes learning something new and take notes.
– If you believe “I’m a mess,” tidy up one small area, like your desk, your bed, or your car.
When you’re done, write a short note, snap a photo, or take a video of what you did and save it to your album.
This could be on your phone, in a journal, or on your computer, whatever works for you.
Final Thoughts:
The goal is to build a growing collection of real-life evidence that challenges the story that voice in your head keeps repeating.
Do it as often as you can.
Over time, you’ll have a track record your negative inner critic can’t argue with.
