This means feeling fundamentally okay even though things are hard right now, and having confidence in your ability to safely navigate life’s challenges.
What to Do:
You need to identify what makes you feel unsafe.
Then practice exposing yourself to those triggers in small doses and slowly work your way up.
And use healthy coping strategies to stay regulated and grounded during those exposures.
