Definition:
You have an internal voice that judges, criticizes, or demeans you, often for not meeting unrealistic standards.
What to Do:
You need to identify what’s causing your inner critic.
Then practice changing your negative self-talk into supportive and constructive self-talk by starting in ways that feel easy for you and slowly working your way up.
And use healthy coping strategies whenever your inner critic becomes loud.
