1. Hover over your account icon.
2. Click “Your Profile”.
3. Click “Manage Subscription”.
4. Enter the right email address. You will need to enter the email address associated with your Unfilteredd’s Institute of Healing from Narcissistic Abuse membership so that the separate login link can be delivered to your email.
If you do not remember what email address you used when purchasing the membership, you can head back over to “Your Profile” page and check the correct email address.
Enter your email address and click “Send me my link” button.
5. Check your email and open the email from ThriveCart.
6. Click the link on the email.
7. Click “Update my info”.
8. Click “Edit” on the card that you want to update.
9. Fill in the details and then click “Save Changes”.
Note: You can also update your card information by first going over your “Subscriptions”.
Then click “Update card info”.
Then click “Edit”.
