Harshita Sharma

Counseling Psychologist | Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Specialist

Hey!

My name is Harshita.

I’m a mental health professional here at Unfilteredd.

I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals recovering from narcissistic relationships—with partners, parents, siblings, and friends.

Here’s some of the positive feedback I’ve received from them:

Before joining Unfilteredd, I worked in a range of mental health and wellness settings—as a psychotherapist, health and well-being coach, and counseling psychologist.

My clients have ranged in age from 26-80, and each one has taught me something meaningful about mental health and healing from abuse.

I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Noida, and a B.A. in Applied Psychology from Delhi University.

I completed a Postgraduate Certification in Systemic and Family Therapy from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust in London, UK.

In addition to my academic background, I’ve been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Plus (Levels 1 & 2) through the Association for Psychological Therapies (APT).

I also hold a Diploma in Art Therapy from Asha The Hope in Bangalore and a Certification in Expressive Art Therapy from Fortis Hospital, offered in collaboration with UNESCO.

My work integrates mind-body approaches, supported by a recent certification as a Mind-Body Connection Practitioner through the Mind Body Food Institute in Australia (2024).

And I’m an accredited member of the ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists) in the UK (2025).

I’m genuinely excited to work with you—and I promise to do everything in my power to help you get from where you are today to where you want to be.
