Hey!

My name is Sarah.

I am a certified online counselor and completed Levels 2, 3, and the Advanced Diploma in Counseling at Heartwood in Devon, UK.

I specialize in helping people who feel trapped in, or are recovering from, unhealthy relationships.

While I have experience with many issues, much of my work focuses on supporting people healing from narcissistic abuse, codependency, trauma, and addiction.

I also work as a relationship therapist, helping couples and family members who want to improve their relationships, and have personal experience with narcissistic abuse.
