Before joining Unfilteredd, I worked in a range of mental health and wellness settings—as a psychologist, counseling psychologist, and emotional well-being coach.
My clients have ranged in age from 8 to 70, and each one has taught me something meaningful about mental health and healing from abuse.
I hold an M.Sc. in Counseling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore.
In addition to my academic background, I’ve completed certifications in Positive Psychology Coaching and QPR Suicide Prevention.
I also participated in several national and international conferences, including the Annual Congress on Psychological Resilience in Rome and seminars on childhood trauma, toxic relationships, and cognitive psychology.
