Definition:
You’re in a constant state of stress, and your brain treats everything as an emergency because it doesn’t feel safe.
What to Do:
1.) You need to identify what’s keeping your body in survival mode.
2.) You need to practice finding and staying within your window of tolerance.
3.) You need to use physical regulation techniques.
4.) You need to practice giving your body repeated experiences of safety.
