Definition:
You struggle to think clearly, focus, or remember things, and your mind feels slow or “cloudy.”
What to Do:
1.) You need to practice finding and staying within your window of tolerance.
2.) You need to pay attention to your thoughts and challenge the ones that aren’t helping you.
3.) You need to practice planning, organizing, and following through on what you need to do.
4.) You need to take care of your body: sleep well, eat properly, and stay hydrated.
